Opening of the new J. Crew Factory outlet at Shops at Kenilworth

J. Crew Factory has signed a lease to open a nearly 5,800 square foot outlet store at Kenilworth Stores, becoming the latest retailer to join the Towson Mall. The store will replace a combined retail space Pendleton and Collections and will open this summer on the second level. The collections are moving to a new freestanding space in the mall, a Kenilworth spokeswoman said Tuesday. J. Crew Factory has signed a lease to open a nearly 5,800 square foot factory outlet in Kenilworth Stores, becoming the latest retailer to join the Towson Mall.

The store will replace a combined Pendleton and Collections retail space and will open this summer on the second level. The collections are moving to a new freestanding space in the mall, a Kenilworth spokeswoman said Tuesday.

J. Crew Factory‘s announcement comes as developer Greenberg Gibbons has signed several new tenants to Kenilworth stores over the past year, including Roosters Men’s Grooming Center, Meg Fox Aesthetics and The Mine, a discount club in shape 22,000 square feet belonging to the local Coppermine Fieldhouse.
